How can I pay for my order ?
Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). This means you pay when your watch is delivered. We are also preparing to accept card payments soon for your convenience.

Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 4 days, depending on your city. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your watch arrives safely and promptly.

What if I want to return or exchange my watch ?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any issues or wish to return/exchange your watch, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to discuss the best solution. 

What should I do if my watch arrives damaged ?
In the rare event that your watch arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
