At Zafir Watches, we are committed to providing high-quality timepieces and a smooth customer experience. As each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, in the rare case that a customer receives a watch with a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the item.
To be eligible for a replacement, the issue must be a genuine defect related to production or functionality. Cosmetic damages or issues resulting from mishandling after delivery are not covered. The customer must report the problem within 48 hours of receiving the watch, along with clear evidence such as photos or a video demonstrating the defect. Reports made after this period may not be accepted.
Once our team verifies the issue, we will send a replacement of the same model or a similar model if the original is unavailable. All replacement-related costs will be covered by Zafir Watches. In most cases, the customer will not be required to return the defective item unless specifically requested.
We encourage all customers to inspect their orders upon delivery and contact us immediately in case of any issues. Our priority is to ensure satisfaction through quality and reliability.
