Order Process

Once an order is placed on our store, a confirmation is carried out by phone call to validate and finalize the request. This step ensures that the order details are accurate and that the customer is fully informed. Zafir Watches reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, particularly in cases of stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery

Zafir Watches proudly offers free delivery across all regions of Morocco, with no additional charges regardless of location. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party delivery services or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Replacement Policy

Please note that refunds are not offered. However, if a customer receives a watch with a confirmed defect or manufacturing issue, we are committed to replacing the item with a brand-new one at no extra cost. To qualify for a replacement, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear proof such as photos or a video showing the defect.

Limitation of Liability
